Event description: 

Please join the Chair of the Humanities Program, Professor Bryan Garsten, the DUS of the program, Professor Norma Thompson, and current Humanities majors for a conversation about the major.  Learn about “Modernities” and “Interpretations” from faculty who have taught these core courses, as well as from those who plan to teach these courses in the future. Former instructors from the Franke and Shulman seminars as well as other Humanities electives will be on hand.  And Professor Virginia Jewiss will describe the summer program in Rome, as well as her spring course “The City of Rome.”
